HP Responsible Business Award

Participation in the "HP Responsible Business Award" is open only to the winning teams of the National Company of the Year Competitions in 2010 of JA-YE affiliations.
Participating student companies need to obtain a "Responsible Business Certificate" here.
The judging of the participating student companies will take place during the JA-YE European Company of the Year Competition 2010 in Italy.
Selection and final decision of the three winning teams will be made by a jury of HP experts. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners must agree to grant Hewlett-Packard and JA-YE rights to quote the winning team for PR activities.
The prizes are not transferable for a cash payment.
Hewlett-Packard EMEA GmbH and JA-YE Europe reserve the right, in their sole discretion and without responsibility or liability therefore, to suspend, cancel or modify the competition at any time in the event of any circumstances which may prevent the competition from proceeding as planned. Further, Hewlett-Packard EMEA GmbH assumes no liability if the prize may not be delivered for reasons beyond Hewlett-Packard’s control.
There can be no recourse to litigation.
