Responsible Business Ideas Contest

1. Applications will only be accepted online via the official website www.responsible-business.org or via the local JA-YE organisation.
2. Entries that are submitted via this website must be in English and received by 5.00pm May 31, 2008. Winners will be notified on July 1, 2008.
3. The competition is open to all students participating in JA-YE Programmes, who are 15-18 years old and resident in any of the specified countries.
4. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide the relevant information for their entry, which will become the property of JA-YE Europe and will not be returned.
5. The applicant should strictly follow the criteria when submitting the business idea.
6. The organisers reserve the right to accept only the entries which meet the criteria.
7. Winning entries will be published.
8. The judges reserve the right to alter award categories in the light of the entries received.
9. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Guidance on entry criteria and tips on the criteria that the judges are looking for are available on the website.
10. All entrants must agree to grant Hewlett-Packard and JA-YE rights to quote the ideas for PR activities.
11. The jury reserves the right to choose a new winner if the chosen winner does not respond to our contact attempt via e-mail within 10 calendar days or if the chosen winner entered the wrong contact data.
12. The prizes are not transferable into a cash payment.
13. Hewlett-Packard EMEA GmbH assumes no liability if the prize can not be delivered for reasons beyond Hewlett-Packard"s control.
